Hi Priyanka, don't get depressed. before trying to fight on the matter outside the university, try to settle it internally. practically speaking, even if you get success in fight with your department, there may be troubles in your course time. first of all, talk with your superviser. what is he/she is saying on the matter? after that, try to contact prof. madhava prasad and find what is the reason you failed in the course. what does rule book says about the second option to candidates who fail in the course work? in our department in University of Mysore, out of about 90 + candidates, 7 failed. they were given second chance and all passed in that exam.
