1. In case of project works, or other assignments such as course works, right of re-evaluation is not available. 2. You can apply for re-evaluation of the term end paper before commencement of the next semester. 3. If that option is gone, then you practically have no way then to wait for their official letter, and then to appeal to executive council which can over-turn the decision of the vice-chancellor and controller. 4. If that also fails, then file a RTI asking the university to provide the names of the students who have been given second chance in the course works, although that seems discretionary looking at the ordinance. And take it to Court. The above suggestions are subject to any other ordinance or regulation or notification which may have a modificatory effect and the same may not be available on the website of the university.
