Teacher (Primary) No. of posts: 11, out of which 01 for PwD, Visually Impaired can apply. Pay Band + Grade Pay: PB-2 Rs.9300-34800, GP-Rs.4200/- QUALIFICATION: ESSENTIAL a) Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with atleast 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002. OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.ED) OR Graduation and two year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) AND b) Pass in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET), conducted by the appropriate Government in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose. DESIRABLE Competent to teach both in English & Hindi. Age: 18-30 years 2. Lower Division Clerk No. of posts: 14, out of which 01 for Persons with Disabilities, Visually Impaire can apply. Pay Band + Grade Pay: PB-1 Rs.5200-20200, GP-Rs.1900/- QUALIFICATION: 1) 12th class or equivalent qualification from a recognised board or University. 2) Skill Test Norms “only on Computers” A typing speed of 35 words per minutes in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on Computer. (35 words per minute and 30 words per minute correspond to 10000 and 500 key depressions per hour or 9000 key depressions per hour on an average of 05 key depressions for each word.) Age: 18-27 years The written examination consists of one objective type multiple choice question paper of 200 marks Time duration for visually handicapped candidates: 2 Hours 20 minutes Question paper will be set in English / Hindi except Part-II which will be set in English. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. Visually Handicapped (VH) candidates with visual disabilities of 40% or above can avail the assistance of a scribe in the written examination, subject to such requests being made at the time of applying for the examination. Question papers and answer sheets will not be provided in Braille. Persons with visual disability of less than 40% will not be considered as visually handicapped persons. One eyed candidates and partially blind candidates who are able to read with or without magnifying glass will be allowed to use the magnifying glass in the examination hall and will not be entitled to a scribe. Such candidates will have to bring their own magnifying glass to the examination hall. Candidates opting for English Typing shall have typing speed of 35 words per minute and those opting for Hindi Typing shall have typing speed of 30 words per minute on Computer. (35 words per minute and 30 words per minute correspond to 10500 key depressions per hour or 9000 key depressions per hour respectively. The speed will be adjudged on the accuracy of typing on the compute of a given text passage in 10 minutes. Visually Handicapped candidates (with 40% disability and above) should be provided with a passage dictators for the typewriting test. The passage dictators will read out the passage to the VH candidates within the allotted time period. The candidates who fulfil the requisite qualification as mentioned above have to apply On-Line through website https://psu.shine.com/company/ocf After submitting the on-line application and uploading recent passport size photograph & scanned signature a Unique User ID / Application No. will be generated automatically.
