o.k. in some way it may be said to be an approach towards positive
feelings, yet it is useless, because those who are organizingg do know
that in their machine of administration such things are only an idle
dream. legality or extra legality is just a mockery because the courts
are having no reservation criteria in themselves nor they have
visually handicapped judges. unfortunately in very specific cases we
have seen the courts being just for disabled. in fact bar council of
india should be asked to establish such curriculam in every law course
in indian universities for pwd act and rights of disables in national
and international sphere. further i strongly feel that india should
be pressurised by all international communities to clarify its stand
on u.n. convention for the rights of the persons with disabilities.
