Your mail generated an interest in me to look for beauty-parlour runned by blind women in the country or in abroad. However I found no such centres in India. By the way Centre for Blind women in Hauz Khas Delhi once conducted a workshop along with famous beauty magnet Shahnas Hussain. You can take more details from Shalini Khanna. If blind people can own a restaurant in Kathmandu and fully runn with all blind waitors and chef, time is not far we will have beauty-saloons/parlours owned and runned by blind girls and boys. And what I found more interesting out of your query is that a legal firm is keen to explore ways to groom one's body personality. I further wonder why you have excluded the blind men from the survey? Aren't they so obsessed about how they look and apply themselves in the public?
