Subject: Re: [AI] Download link of the book 20 stories of Change Hi At Mumbai, when the draft came to our possession, we at Blind Graduates forum of India, took the lead to get all the NGO's across disability to delibrate on every provision of the draft bill and sent our detailed comments to the commission. This I am stating merely to refresh the memory. We too closely kept following eagerly to see the passage of the bill which seemed illusive and presto the news broke, in a very dramatic way the bill did get through without discussion, In some ways it seemed a setback, as no discussion was done and it seemed an act of charity. Nevertheless, what matters was the law materialised after all.
