Dear George Sir, Thanks for the information. This is a point of concern for all the visually impaired persons. I strongly believe there are individuals amongst us who are 1 eyed and availing the benifits that a visually impaired person would get. In such situation, where the institutions that provide such persons the benifit of higher education or employment must put such candidates for thorough medical tests. In fact, I say, all the candidates who apply against PWD, must be put for thorough medical tests. If found guilty in the medical tests, there must be a portal wherein such candidates must be black listed and no government organization must give them any chance of higher education or employment.
