Disabled beggar booked for 'offensive remark'TNN | Nov 20, 2015 Mumbai: The Kurla GRP have booked a 40-year-old disabled beggar for passing offensive remarks at women and "hurting religious sentiments" while travelling in a coach reserved for the disabled on a Central Railway local on Thursday. Around 2.30pm, Salim Ansari was travelling in a CST-Kalyan local when he objected to two women travelling in the reserved coach. "A passenger in the adjacent general coach overhead Ansari asking the two to get off at Vikhroli station. The passenger asked Ansari to let the women be. But Ansari insisted they should alight," said a police official. After the women left, Ansari allegedly passed offensive comments. Angry passengers then caught hold of him and handed him to the Kurla GRP.
