Dear Kanchan Ma’am,

You are right I am from Mumbai, I made my point because I am getting
the feeling there are some people who just feel Braille should not be
there and feel it’s not worth it, but I want to convey let Braille be
there with other alternatives, I had a interaction with people few
year back who were having multiple disabilities such as Blindness and
Deaf and Dumb and I feel it can be useful for them, please correct me
if I am wrong and let me know if any other solutions are available for
people like them but Braille is basic and should not be excluded, but
I do agree just putting Braille signage don’t make things accessible.

Warm Regards,
Tilak.
