I appreciate the Railway's will to do something for the disabled cum visually challenged, alas, Braille is not the lone solution. in fact, as George sir asserted, It is socially inaccessible. an audio facility would fetch a good result. better, the government can come with an App to locate the coaches instead of Braille signs. cheers.
