Hello Mr. Gopala Krishna, NVDA perhaps which you have can read Telugu and Kannada with the support of incorporated E speak software. But you need to configure it according to your needs. There are no specific NVDA softwares for each language. Go to NVDA menu select E speak synthasisor, desired language, voice and enjoy reading.
