Friends lately I wanting to know the exact procedure for making electronic card for availing railway concession. Though I kept an eye of the discussion that happened here time to time, but there are different versions as how to proceed. Since considerable time has been elapsed when this facility was introduced, certainly a set procedure must have been evolved so far. can anyone explain where and how to approach to the railway authorities ? I am talking about Delhi. As I have a certificate issued by Delhi government hospital and railway concession issued by NFB Delhi.
