hi mohib! you need to be following documents for railway e-card. class 10th marksheet for proof of date of birth, adhar/voter id card for address proof, 2 photo, railway concession, disability certificate and an application address to divisional railway manager [drm]. and submit it in new delhi railway station drm office.
