Hi there I've used Dell XPS , HP, Thinkpad and currently I'm using Dell Wostro. Although I have not used dell service so could not comment about it. However when I was using HP the service support was very prompt and nice. Thinkpad is equally robust with its service network. Now I've bought Dell Wostro 14 3458 it has core I7 5500U, 4 GB DDR 3 RAM and 500 GB 5400 RPM HDD and DVD writer. I got it from shopclues for 36k and has international warranty uptill july 2018. It is imported from Thailand by seller.
