Hi George I suppose you want to create a new contacts in MS Outlook To DO this: Press ctrl+Y It will take you to the list of folders in Outlook. Move your cursor up/dn, until you will find contacts up there. Press enter on it. Next press Ctrl+N You will get a whole bunch of fields to fill in
If you want to ad a contact from an existing mail,open the mail and move to the email address, right click or use the option key, and you will get the add to contact option.
