Hi Srini

That functionality happens anyway in MS Outlook.

The predictability is better in later version when I compare Ofice 2007 to
Office 2013

Let us hear from the horse's mouth.

The application behaves better in a period of time. It does some machine
learning.

NVDA tends to perform better than Jaws in Outlook. For instance, when I open
the sent folder I only get the size of the mail in Jaws it does not announce
the subject line when you move across the mails. This does not happen with me
in other folders. However, with NVDA it is consistent.

In short if Jaws does not respond as expected in Outlook, switch to NVDA.

Harish.

Harish,
That's not his problem. He would want address to get added automatically when
he sends out an email. Remember we used to have that option in Outlook express
and even in Gmail, when you send an email, sender's address gets added to your
address book.

Thanks,
Srinivasu
