Hi After making sure that the active focus is on the JAWS icon on your desktop, you could press applications, select properties, and press tab until you come to "shortcut key: hot key". Press the key combination you want - (I have ctrl+alt+j), but I expect other combinations'll also work. Hope this helps. - Aparna
