hi having gone through reactions and comments it seems everybody is confused regarding relevance and utility of this so-called unique identity card. only Harish Kotian appears to be optimistic about its success. considering previous experiences, it does not promise much hope. what is needed is a positive change in negative mindset of those who are at the helm of affairs. they must sincerely make efforts to do something concrete rather than merely filling up files to augment their position. if they really know article 263, then in my opinion only one card--say AADHAR--should suffice to prove one's disability. beside proving that a person is really disabled what other purpose do all these cards serve? hope wisdom shall prevail and things shall be simplified.
