Dear members, I am here with opening a new topic for discussion and information. Many of the VI students study law and pass the LL.B or even LL.M. examinations with flying colours. But I am feeling curious so as to how many of them actually take to legal practice. And if they do so, how many do chamber-practicing and how many actually appear before the Bench. How many are practicing independently and how many are practicingg with another or with a firm. While practicing law, what difficulties they face, particularly with regard to reading, writing and mobility? How far they have to depend upon sighted persons? How far the bear acts, court verdicts, case law, books and other material is available in accessible format? what is the attitude of the sighted clients towards the Blind advocate?
