The issue is not just of any issue with PNB as such. The issue becomes an issue because the tax paying portel starts with a captcha and there is no audio alternative. Hd the captcha not been there or an alternative like an audio captcha or OTP was available, this issue would not even have come up. As for PNB, I have my firefox running the latest version, and even Java is up to date. In any case, if the IT department can get their act together, I can pretty much work on IE and there would be no problem.
