Dear Sir,
Many list members have given their feedback on Talkback. I am using
Android for last 2 years.
I find the audio feedback of google text to speech in case of Indian
languages very slow. Secondly there is no tts for Marathi in Google.
Only espeak provides Marathi tts but its voice is robatic. It is
better if Marathi tts is added to talkback.
Thirdly in Google keyboard there is no facility to select all, move
forward or backward word by word or control cursor movement so as to
move to the beginning or end of particular line, end of text etc.
Third party apps such as nextap keyboard have these features. Of
course announcing caller id is extremely important.
Wish you all the best and hope to see good improvements in talkback.
Sincerely,
