hello all, this is Rejin from cochin university of science& technology. here a group of students are trying to solve the problems faced by physically challenged travellers in our country. we are planning to start a project regarding this topic. it is a computer science based project. so I request your suggestions to make use of the current technologies like (smart phones, centralised location systems, digital wallets etc) to make our public transportation facilities much more accessible for the physically challenged travellers. this can include trains,metro's and bus. we shall try to come up with a universal solution for revamping the public transportation facilities in our country. we can also share if any technology is currently implemented in other countries. suggestions can be inclusive for all kind of disabilities. either come up with a suggestion or please mention the problems we use to face while travelling by train, metro or bus. we can also mention the problems in current facilities or technologies in our country that should be modified.
