Dear List Member, I tried to fill up the form myself. I particularly found it somewhat confusing. In many cases Jaws does not read the question or the options properly. At times while typing in field such as e-mail id etc. the screen reader Jaws misguides. I sincerely feel the form should have been made more user friendly and accessible with screen reader. C. B.
