exactly, the form is not completely accessible. 1. the request access button has to be removed. 2. when ever the user tries to input his/her email I-d, jaws is interrupting Alert! Must be a valid email address 3. group start 6. Which of the following assistive aids do you use *. here, I use all most all the options given, but, the answer are given with the radio buttons, I have to choose any 1 of them. suggested to change this from radio buttons to check box. 4. same issues with the question asked for the software.
these are my issues. for better experience, requested the creaters to give the check boxes for the software and technology usage questions.
