Dear all,

One may require a signboard when one is dealing with large number of people
particularly in a customer care kind of work. This is true when one's
disability is not obvious or invisible.

I have seen a signboard in one shopping mall - it was written " This cash
counter is managed by our disabled team member. We request your
cooperation". I saw a hearing impaired person behind this particular
counter. He was taking slightly more time than others, as communicating
with him about exact change was not as fluent as compared to others. It was
a crowded mall but no one complained - I was off course there for a brief
period of time. But later I found that disabled people working there are
quite satisfied.

Thought sharing this might be helpful in this discussion.
