As I was told by someone that, when we submit the application, it goes to the disability certificate issuing authority whichever is relevant for that person. When the same is authorised at their end, the number similar to Adhaar is generated and communicated via email. One can take print of the same from the website for usage. They are yet to prepare the cards which I was given to understand they will start dispatching it in December-January
