Hi Arup, Which phone are you using?
In addition to what Amar recommended, I have another trick which proves helpful if you are using NVDA on a windows machine. Most of the times, NVDA key + shift + M helps me to take the Mouse focus to the NVDA focus and then I use NVDA + [ to perform a left click. Though I don't use IOS but if you are facing any issue on android then will be happy to help offline.
