Hello, As per my experience, none of the travel booking webportals are accessible however Jet airways and expidia is partially accessible.
We all must demand accessibility to these service providers like we demanded to OLA. Let us file online PIL. Now it is mandatory for all these service providers to make their services accessibility compliant. Unless customers will demand they will not be going to think about accessibility compliance. Let them know what business they will get from all of us. Unfortunately people hardly know that persons with disabilities use such online services and they have difficulties due to inaccessible user interfaces.
