Hi, No for the first (as far as I am aware), yes for the second. In the VO (voice over) rotour if you don't already have it go into settings general accessibility, vision vo, rotour and have the volume rotour selected from there. Now you should be able to move to the volume rotour option by pinching the screen (or do it as if you were about to) and rotate your 2 fingers around until you heare volume. flick up and down to change the Voiceover volume, this only changes the VO volume not the media or ringer volume. once you have it set, either just press the buttons to increase or decrease the media and ringer volume, this obviously won't work if you do what Abhisar has suggested. Although now that I think on it, it maybe better to use the volume keys to set the prefered ringer and media volume first and then do the router to set the voiceover volume to the desired levels.
