Dear B. S. M. Kumar One should tye subject line in hindi for posting any mail in hindi as per list guidelines. English is a international language - this topic have requirement of long discussion. English is a widely accepted language but not a international language. there are more than 200 countries in the world. Does english have the status of official/national language for more than 100 countries? how we can honour english as a international language.
