Secondly, use the word screen reading software instead of jaws. Jaws is the most expensive option. You can get the same work done using low cost alternatives such as NVDA and Indo-NVDA or with Dolphin Supernova or also quite a lot with Windows Narrator. Indo-NVDA will actually give you much better results than Jaws if you speak about Indian languages. Thus use generic terms like screen reading software and provide options and let people choose what works best for them.
