I have been working for a private company which is an NGO for 3 months
now and they have requested me to find out if there are any
rules/benifits that a private company can receive for hiring a person
with disability. According to my research, the older law from 1996 says
that the government will pay the employer's contribution for PF for
first three years if the salary is below 25,000. Since my salary is
above this amount, I wanted to know if the 2016 bill has any updates on
this.
