Dear friends, I want to know for what reasons we have to file TDR. How to do it so. Is it possible to file TDR for train tickets booked on concession. Is it necessary to cancel the ticket after or before filing TDR. The amount will be refunded with or without cancelation charges. In how many days it will be refunded. Urgent, Please clarify my doubts.
