please follow these steps .
1. go to settings and dubble tap on it.
2. find accessibility option and dubble tap on it.
3. you find talkback and press dubble tap on it.
4. you find off switch button then dubble tap on it. it's shown a dialog
box press ok through dubble tap .
your talkback will be start.
