1. Eloquence is not free and you need to purchase.
2. Saksham provide licance for Indo-NVDA which along with Eloquence
provides you the vocalizer voices like Neel and Lekha for 7 Indian
language. The licance costs around Rs. 3500.
3. For Eloquence, you get the same voices which are available with Jaws.
