Hi Sir it was the first time I book ticket through IRCTC and didn't know if I could use that option of dhivyang as I am to travel with my family members fearing if the tickets would be seated in the disabled compartment. And ofcourse could anyone say if concessional tickets be booked through this app? if so where should I provide my concession card details in the app? If I book ticket for more than 3 persons how canI choose my escort and will we be placed together? I apologise for my lengthy mail and queries...
