My point is also that not every celebraty event is bad. I have seen many events which are designed to get publicity for the celebraty and no benefit to persons with disability. Also such event degrade persons with disability in a very suttle way not visible to people in general.
Where someone tries to portray themselves as "big benevelent" But a governer spending some time with special children does not seem bad, given that governers don't try to get elected to office using these images, they are appointed by central government based on their political objectives. At times such events even help spreading awareness about the cause. I can't still give my final view on this, I would need to watch some video, but I can give the benefit of doubt.
