Sorry. I understand what you are saying, but that does not answer my question. It shows two berths available, but allots only one, and escort gets normal available or WL. Then, it shows not available in HP qota, meaning both the berths are blocked.

(2) The problem of not getting tickets in 3AC coach is even more severe because only 2 berths are reserved.
