I have been reading the discussion on the subject. I agree that eating with hands is easy and more satisfying. But certain social envirnment demand that we use cutlery. Its not very difficult if u first practice at home with sighted help. I generally request one of the persons dining with me to cut my meat into small pieces. Then it becomes easy to pork the fork in each piece and eat. Of course u have to wrap the nudles on your fork. Even if u find some nudles hanging dont worry bite them with your teeth and let them fall on your plate. Dont try to suck them. I usually request the waiter to serve me desert in a bowl even if it is brought in a plate and then handling it with a spoon becomes easy.
