Hi Pranav,

You would normally hold a fork or a spoon in the left hand; that would 
require you to use just the thumb and the forefinger, right? The palm comes 
into the picture when using the knife, since extra pressure needs to be 
applied in order to cut food. A knife is best held in the right hand.

Table manners are essential especially in business settings.  Business meals
are becoming increasingly common therefore, it is crucial to know how to
conduct oneself at such events.

I have an additional challenge when using cutlery.  My left palm is
partially formed so holding anything with that palm is not possible.  So,
what should I do in this situation?
