It's important we provide a positive message and helping hand to that
parents. No one would like to keep a child in dark if they know of what has
to be done.
Turab, which town/city/ village do they live in? Are there any organization
where they can source some accessible toys to begin with. Though there
isn't a need to talk to her too much about her disability, it's important
at some point to make her understand about her disability and give her
confidence she could be part of mainstream society.
