sir, I found the entire captcha system is impractical. there is no need of
captcha, can easily be replace with OTP.

After getting fed up in telling Mr. Rao that the portal had a captcha, I had
filed RTI. Seems they have addressed the issue by providing audio captcha
which still leaves deaf-blind people behind.
Request people to test and confirm.
