hello accessindia, I have purchased a new laptop with in built windows 10 64 bit. I am facing 2 strange issues in it: 1. I am unable to save a file using note pad, it says that file already exist. 2. as I put cursore in my document folder on any office file like doc, docx or xls, the file explorer hang and the message appear document not responding. however, I can open the same file through the application like ms word or excel. I have installed ms office 2010. as word and excel 2016 already came with windows installation. I have also changed the location of document folder from c to d drive. any solution for both issues?
