I think, you should uninstall office 2016 and then reinstall office 2010.
This may solve your second proglem.
Another solution may be copying the file explorer.exe from c:\windows to
c:\windows\system32 folder. It worked fine in windows 7 for me. I have not
faced this problem on windows 10. Also remember to copy explorer.exe, not
cut it.
By the way, what about the sound quality of the dale machine, and its cost?

I have purchased a new laptop with in built windows 10 64 bit. I am facing
2 strange issues in it:
1. I am unable to save a file using note pad, it says that file already
exist.
2. as I put cursore in my document folder on any office file like doc,
docx or xls, the file explorer hang and the message appear document not
responding. however, I can open the same file through the application like
ms word or excel. I have installed ms office 2010. as word and excel 2016
already came with windows installation.
I have also changed the location of document folder from c to d drive.
any solution for both issues?
