thanks everyone for giving me perspective and sharing your thoughts. i
will definitely lay it out for them and maybe even change my mind
about banking with them after all. however, that will be affter i've
given them a piece of my mind, for sure. the case is right now in
consideration with their HQ in Hyderabad.
