There were a few android phone models available with keypad but their configuration is out dated now. Perhaps some android devices with keypad would be available out of India, however, Black barry device can be a good option with keypad.

Secondly, all stock android phones are not that good from accessibility point of view, in my opinion, a device with good customisation are found better inn accessibility.

I would recommend a good device of Samsung and then Asus to buy if you really consider accessibility in your preference.

Hi, in today's advancement, keypad for using mobile is not necessary at all.
To answer your another question, phones running stalk android, from
the companies like, motorola, samsung, nokia, are indeed accessible.
Among those, you have to choose the model of the phone based upon your
budget, features that you are looking for, storage, ram, so on and so
on.
You can completely use an android phone which is touchscreen without
any problem, no need for keypad at all in today's accessibility,
screen reader's development.
Hope this helps.
For any further doubts, you can also message me privately.
Thank you.

My dear friend, as for my knowledge, there are some models with physical
keypads are available. It depends upon the range in in which you want to
purchase. If you are asking about accessibility, then you can go for Apple,
Samsung, and Moto. Because these three options would be best in terms of
accessibility. Also I would suggest you that, you can and go for these
three brands which does not include physical keypad. But it has for my
experience, it's not that much difficult to use.
