There were a few android phone models available with keypad but their
configuration is out dated now.
Perhaps some android devices with keypad would be available out of India,
however, Black barry device can be a good option with keypad.

Secondly, all stock android phones are not that good from accessibility
point of view, in my opinion, a device with good customisation are found
better inn accessibility.

I would recommend a good device of Samsung and then Asus to buy if you
really consider accessibility in your preference.
