this is a problem with many of the nationalized banks. I am facing a similar
problem with PNB.
however the fact of the matter is that the chief commissioner's court for
disability has ordered in 2005 that the visually challenged should be given
the ATM facility if demanded.
I can send you the copy of the order if you want. I believe its an issue we
have to fight for.
