I use HSBC ATM to withdraw money without any sighted help.
Rest transactions; I just do it myself over the internet.
I can also withdraw money independendly from ICIcI bank.

PS:  I just remember how many times to press certain button on the atm 
machine.  It works.

I have ATM of SBI. they didn't ask me anything about of blindness. but it is
true that we are unable to use ATM without sighted suport.
