I have sent them URL where text based Captcha is their for login. Being a banker I have suggested them URLs of websites which we bankers use for our office internal purpose.

They are also working for text based solution but it will take some time,
since this is need of an hour it will instantly reintroduce as an audio capture

the issues the captcha would create for our VC customers.

However in view of the huge increase in failed login attempts on thr INB
system which signals a brute force attack by criminals, this initiative was
taken as a quick fix measure to protect the interests of crores of INB
customers.

We would like to advise you that a Voice Captcha is under development and we expect to roll it out by 27/08/2019. This would enable our esteemed VC
customers like yourself  also to use INB independently.

We request you to bear with this mild inconvenience for few days, in the
interests of enhanced  security of your account and funds.

This is to to bring one of major issue while using online net banking for
visually challenged users, here ear while logging itself there is visual
capture in place which is making internet banking in accessible for
visually challenged uses. This feature is is not allowing internet banking
independently to visually challenge uses. It's not worth to take help of
someone at IIT it at each login time, however it is known that this is to
faster security while using internet banking but there can be alternative
option for the visually challenged users, our income tax site is also
having visual capture but at the same time mde have enabled OTP mobile
based solution for the visually challenged users while going for e filing,
hence if you require this kind of alternative options can be ee made
available, but I request you that kindly do something needful as very large
visually challenged users are using internet banking which is is making in
US independent it,
